Hi Dick,

Thanks for that url. I e-mailed Connie Burkett who has
the Census Project for MD on the USGENWEB. I have
also looked (again) at the Allegany County Web Page
and if I am reading it correctly, it is telling me that
District 3 Allegany County, MD is Westernport.

So, if Thomas Greenwade (my brick wall) is listed on the
1800 Census as living in Upper Old Town, MD - AND IF
he didn't move anywhere - which is what I believe -
and as he is listed on the 1810 Census as living in
District 3, Allegany County ----- THEN -------->

Upper Old Town was contained in what is now
Westernport, MD?

Yes __________ No ____________ Maybe __________

Thanks Again for the help & Best Regards,

Paul
