Here is the information that I have for Owen Monahan from Midland from the
index card. I don't recall it being blurred.

Monaghan, Owen Died 1904 - April 29 White 63 years old.

If they can't find the certificate from your information, they will send
your money back.

The death certificates are hand written and the name of the person who
provided the information is on it. The information cannot be declared
totally accurate. The relatives, etc. who provide the information sometimes
do not know it all. Take a chance..................

| Go to www.mdvitalrec.net This will get you to the Maryland State
| Archives. On the left side of the screen, click on "Search MD Vital
| Records". The next screen says "Select Maryland County Death Index". MSA
| SE 7 is highlighted. Click on the MSA SE 7.
| -----------
| As usual, I have "another" question.
|
| The one and only card that I can find in the Index only contains a SURNAME
| and a date that is close to what I am searching for but all the
information
| is blurred, I can't make out the exact year typed on the card. It could
read
| 1912. 1913 (I think).
|
| How to I order such a card and will the actual certificate REALLY have a
| full name or was this all that was entered when the death was reported to
| the State? Will they be able to find and send me a death certificate if I
| can't read the card to fill in exact information? I did report that the
| card was of poor quality. I don't know what that will do, but I tried.
|
| I do that the form printed and ready to go but the only information that I
| can send the State is a full name of the deceased. Am I wasting my time
and
| money?
|
| Many thanks, Pat-T
