I graduated with and have a friend named Hilda Rafferty Duncan, who lives on
Blair Street in Frostburg. Her husband is Robert Duncan. She has a
brother, John, who also lives in Frostburg. He is in a car club in which I
belong. His wife's name is Debbie. I could call Hilda and asked some
questions for you or you could write to her. She is not in good health, but
I am sure she would help you however she could, if she knows anything.
Evidently, these Raffertys are related to the ones you are looking for, as
the obits that Connie sent to you mention their names. I live in Mt.
Savage, and knew of the John, who passed away in 2003. I believe his wife
still resides in Mt. Savage. Carol
