My husband's links to the RAFFERTY surname is via the marriages of Anastasia and/or Marcella. They are the daughters of Brigetta nee CHAMBERS SCALLY. Brigetta and my husband's grandfather John Benedict CHAMBERS were brother and sister.
If she would be interested also, we will be down in the area from Tuesday nest 18 October to 20 October, staying at the Braddock Inn in LaVale. Plan to drop off updated family histories in Allegany and Washington counties, along with doing some more research.
