My G Grandfather and some siblings also migrated
to KS. and mining.
There first were in Knox Co.IL. in 1870-1890's then to Cherokee Co. KS.,
names like Weir City and Scammom,
and Topeka area.
Names were REED, GRAHAM, BLACK.
