Thanks for the information. This solve the address issue as to location in
1930 but I have no idea why the (4) is listed in our Family Bible.

The family Bible indicates we lived at 4 Cleveland Avenue in Cumberland,
Maryland but all that I talk to say that address never existed. Does
anyone have any information or maps circa 1930 on this?

The 1930 Census has a Webb Family at 738 Cleveland Avenue on the same page
is Gephart Division.
