Davidson, 1998, published by Clearfield Co., a subsidiary of
Genealogical Publishing Co., Baltimore. The second printing has been
sold out and is no longer available as a new purchase. The rights,
owned by Clearfield, were sold in 2006 to Ancestry.Com "that they may
use in their on-line library." When and if it will become available
through Ancestry.com is unknown by us, the authors. Our contract with
Clearfield precluded us from selling these books ourselves. Several
hundred copies are out there, and many genealogical libraries may have
copies you can access. Likewise you may find it in used book stores.
