I received the death certificate of my great grandmother today. Her parents are listed as William Henry Miller and Katherine Duckworth. It lists him as being born in Germany and her in Lonaconing. This information was given by her son, Arch Hott as the informant.

The information I have received from census, lists her parents as William George Miller born in Lonaconing and Dorcas Catherine Duckworth born in Lonaconing as her mother.

Would I be better off to go by the census names then the death certificate, as possibly her son was wrong when he gave the information for the death certificate? Thanks. Carol
