John,
I have no idea at this point. All I know is that my father's mother was Nina
Mabel Knott born 19 April 1896 in Elk Garden, WV. She died 23 Feb 1954. Her
father was William Knott dob abt 1861. Her mother was Indiana Missouri Boyd
dob abt. 1865. I think they lived in Elk Garden, and then in Piedmont, WV.
That's about all I have.

the Komatz family .? Because I have the family Knott in my Komatz Family .
that live in Eckhard Maryland . could this be your Knotts family?
