John,
I think William M. Carney is buried in St. Michaels Cemetery in Frostburg,
he has a marker in the ground but no date.
Alice Hannon Carney has a marker with the dates 1905-1975.
Perhaps if you call St.Mike's rectory someone will be willing to give you a
date for William
