I am questioning the year of the article your are requesting - 1854
for the Army of the Potomac and a draft, military intelligence? Are
you sure of the year? There was no war that I am aware of during this
time, as the Civil War did not begin until spring of 1861. I am
working on a CW project for Lake Co.OHIO and know that there was the
Army of the Potomac, but don't think there was a draft in 1854.
