Perhaps, if we put our heads together, we can come up with an accurate
list of districts for that period of time.
I found this (below) at: Allegany County GenWeb - County Election
Districts
All but district number 17 were formed before the 1864 date of this
newspaper, so I don't know which districts were split in order to make
#17.
Anyone want to jump on board here and try to figure out an accurate
list of districts for 1864???
