He may have been Augustine SKINNER. In the 1674 will of George PUDDINGTON
of Anne Arundel Co. MD, he mentioned Augustine SKINNER as a "kinsman."

George PUDDINGON and wife Jane (CORNISH) ROBINS were both from Tiverton,
Devonshire, England.

Augustine SKINNER was also mentioned in the 1676 will of William COLLIER of
Anne Arundel County. [Maryland Calendar of Wills 1:172]
I don't know exactly how Augustine SKINNER is related, but James CORNISH (b.
ca. 1568) on the above page by his first wife had a daughter Alice CORNISH
that married Aquilla SKINNER. Aquilla SKINNER and Alice CORNISH were the
parents of Alice SKINNER, who was the second wife of Henry RIDGELY (died
1710).
