I have been doing research for someone in Baltimore City, Maryland. We are Researching, Sparrows, Satterfields, O'Sheas from Baltimore.
We recently ordered certificates from the Maryland State Archives, it took 5 months to get them and when we finally received them at the beginning of April they sent me a letter and told me that they are no longer doing genealogy lookups due to budget cuts. Only if there is a Court Order. The only way to obtain them is to go to the Maryland State Archives.
