Hi Daniel,
I am looking for information on a John Wesley Powers, (b) abt 1854 (d) 1922. He was born in Baltimore, MD. He married Margaret Harris abt 1879 in Darlington (Indian Territory) Oklahoma. Darlington would now be in Canaidain Co., OK.
I know that John and Margaret had one (1) son his name was Harry Aaron Powers (b) 6 May 1894 I think in Oklahoma, (d) 17 Jan 1982 in Ontario, San Bernardino Co., Ca. It is said that he also went by the name of Frank Proctor, as to why he used this name I don't no, but would love to find out why.
