I found Katie Kelly in the Class of 1888 though her twin was not listed. I have a Blanche Kelly in 1886 (assumed to be an older sister of the twins.)

Also a younger Lillian Kelly in the class of 1892 of which a class photo is available.

So in a span of 6 years there are 4 Kelly girls attending WFHS.

I hope that helps since there is no 1890 census info, and the 20 year gap between 1880 and 1900 is a generation 'lost' when looking for details.
