We are having a very special topic at our April 12 meeting! Saturday, April 12 at

MEET MY ANCERSTOR: Peter Balthazar Suman

Born in Germany and immigrated to Pennsylvania for religious freedom. Faced with
the Penn brothers greed, he moved on to Frederick County Maryland where he
ultimately faced a much worst fate.

Executed in Frederick in a manner that would give definition to cruel and very
unusual--it was the last time this was ever done in the United States.

Peter left eleven children who have produce over seven thousands descedents who
live in every state. Amazingly many remained in Maryland.

Come hear the story and meet Suman descendents. You just may meet a cousin.
