Hi, my name is Tammy Irwin, I am the gr.granddaughter of Charles H.Rock and the gr.gr.granddaughter of Herny and Betty Rock from Hagerstown Maryland... I do not know my gr.gr. grandmother's maiden name... In the year 1876 there was suppose to be a train wreck in or around Maryland which took the lives of my gr.gr.grandparents... This would of made Charles H.Rock ten yrs.old at the time of his parents death... No one knows if there where any other brothers or sisters in this family, Probably by the time gr.grandpa Rock turned 21, he left Hagerstown... The rest of the story goes as follows;;;;; Gr.grandpa Rock came to Johnstown, Penna. to work on some kind of flood, after the work was done, he found his way to Fayette County, Penna. where he met and married Charlotte A.Rimel... They had the following children... Florence A.Rock Daughtery, Laura Belle Rock Wells, Viola May Rock Nutt, Hazel L.Rock Sowden, Charles H.Rock Jr.(Pete), William Rock, James Rock...
