I agree with both Robert Ireland and E. J. German. There is enough
circumstanial evidence to at least say that Sarah Cratcher was the wife of
John Andrew (d. 1787) of Caroline County, Maryland.

Besides the several sources that E. J. German gave there are also these.

The will of Mary Snow, of Dorchester Co., MD, will dated 24 Sep. 1773,
probated 11 Apr. 1774 (MD Wills Lib. 40 fol. 119)
son, William Snow, tract "Chance" cont. 50 acres
daughters, Rebeckar & Sarah Snow, tract "The Long Survey" cont. 50 acres.
daughter, Sarah Snow, personalty
son, Obediah Snow, personalty
son Thomas Snow, personalty
son, Henry Sonw, personalty
brother Samuel Andrew, executor (most likely a half-brother)
Test: William Adams, David Harper, Ann Harper

Inventory of Mary Snow, of Dorchester Co., MD, dated 1774
recorded 30 March 1775, MD Inventories Lib. 122 fol. 3
value of estate 40 pounds 6 shillings 5 pence
appraisers- William Harper, Daniel Payne
creditors- Sam'l Kirkpatrick
next-of-kin- Isaac Andrew, Sary Andrew
Exec'r- Samuel Andrew

Mary Snow was the daughter of Sarah (Cratcher) Andrew apparently by a
previous husband. It is speculated that he was Obediah King, Jr. who died
intestate in Dorchester Co., MD in 1732, about the same time that Mary (??)
Snow was born. The only problem here is that his (Obediah King's) Adm. Acct.
stated that he left only his widow, Sarah, as his heir.

Mary Cratcher and Frances "Frankey" Hackett were sisters of Batterton
Fletcher of Dorchester Co., MD. All three of them were originally from the
Eastern Shore of VA.
