Hi Paula,

I checked my BERRY database & did not find a Melvina or Lavina
BERRY. Did the 1850, 1860 or 1870 Census says she was born in
MD or DE?

Melvina & Ephraim BREECE were most likely deceased by 1872.

Melvina married Ephraim Breece 1816 in Butler Co. Ohio, were in Randolph

County IN for a short time. They then went to Hancock Co IN were they seem

to have dropped of the face of the earth after 1872.
