A friend of mine from the Eastern Shore gave me this information on his family... it is not substantiated by me - but you might be able to follow up on it.

He said Isaac Baggs m. Mary Price... mother of Martha M. Baggs... and he also m. Nancy Price (sisters?) and she was the mother of Mary Baggs and Sarah Ann Baggs. Sarah Ann Baggs m. a Roe and Mary m. Charles Fitzsimmong Blunt. I hope this helps.
