The site can be navigated quickly by modifying the URL instead of clicking on the arrows. When the URL says http://mdvitalrec.net/cfm/dsp_jump.cfm?CurrentPage=1 click on the URL and change it to http://mdvitalrec.net/cfm/dsp_jump.cfm?CurrentPage=500 and hit Enter. It saves 500 clicks. If you still are far from your target last name, change the CurrentPage value to 600 or 700. Keep doing this until you get close to the section you need.
