Can anyone tell me how to obtain a marriage application or a marriage certificate for Caroline, MD.

I know Ann E. Hoxter married Warner Busteed on September 11, 1860.

Also, Ann's daughter, Guelia (Julia) Hoxter married James B. Stevens on January 20, 1863.

I'm also trying to find the death certificate of Ann E. Warner Hoxter Busteed who died on May 7, 1871, not sure if in Bridgeton, Maryland or Centreville, Maryland.

I emailed the Archives and their letter was very confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
