Looking for information about a land transaction that occurred in the early 1900's in Caroline County, Maryland. My grandparents Roy and Hannah Hoxter, Eli and Charles Hoxter bought land in Goldsboro, Maryland, of which they lived until the 1950's.
I would like to know who they bought the land from and when.
