Thanks for the response, I do have a card and I've been accessing for quite awhile now. Fortunately whatever the problem was, it seems to have be rectified. Previously I have had difficulties for a brief period of time , maybe a few minutes, but during the last week I was unable to get on for 4 or 5 days. Thanks again.
