I do not think anyone knows Benjamin Edgell's exact date of birth or where he was born. We know he was purchasing land in Dorchester County, Maryland by 1716, so many people have assumed that he was born in the 1680's. I think we have a good fix on his Y-DNA. He has descendents who go by the names of EDGELL, EDGIN and AGENT.
