It seems you have even more information than I do. I was also trying to find the current location of this land. I have not pin pointed it yet. If and when I do, I will post it here. The information you provided in your post may help in finding the exact location. I do not know if they were all Smith decendents. I am still transcribing the dead when Luke Minor Fish sold the land to Susan A. Pratt in 1881.
