To find the Cecil Co. Census, follow the link below. The link is to MD
census on line. You then need to select Cecil 1790, then follow Cecil's
1790 directory to the Octoraro section, which, I believe, starts around p.
44 or 45....I imagine it might be interesting to check out the entire
western section of Cecil....but haven't done so yet.
