If the children inherited real estate a guardian would probably be appointed
by the Cecil County Orphans Court and the guardian would be expected to file
reports---and some actually did. Microfilm of the Orphans Court is available
through the Maryland Archives and through the LDS. The LDS library catalog
is online at www.familysearch.org.
