Mary, I'd go for the Feb. 14 date. I'm presuming the newspaper is dated
Sat. 22, 1890. Since putting the paper together at that time was much more
time consuming than it is today, the chance of them getting something other
than world shattering news so quickly is doubtful. Where did you get the
obit? If it would be of any help, the next time I get to the Cecil Co.
Historical Society, I could do a quick look-up. Let me know. Barbara
