Hi all,
This is just an off-the-wall comment. I am of the opinion that many of
those Cecil County marriages for which we cannot find a record may have been
performed across the border in Pennsylvania. Marriage licenses there were
not required until the late 1800s. I too have some for which I cannot
locate a record.
