Dee, when looking for any of the German sounding names that begin with T, you should also consider looking at those beginning with D. There's
one entry in the Ancestry data base for such a name in Philadelphia township, namely:
DORSCH, JOHAN FRIEDERICH
1771, Philadelphia County
PA Early Census Index

And, in 1810, in Bucks county, this man:
DOSH, PHILIP
Rockhill Township
