I just borrowed a copy from the library and would be glad to check it for
you tonight. One thing I've noticed in the past is that not every name is
indexed and sometimes the name might be in the index but it does not
accurately reflect all of the occurrences of that name in the book.

If you're doing research on Cecil County I think its wonderful. I've found
that I pick up on different things as I move ahead with my research. I've
borrowed it multiple times from the library and actually should buy it
myself.
