My 3rd great grandmother was Mary Olive CURRIER, b. 1848 near Port
Deposit. Her first husband was Freeland Taylor HAINES, b. 1847, d.
1873 in the Port Deposit Granite Quarries, bur. at Hopewell Methodist.
Mary's second husband was William E. WINCHESTER, b. about 1846 to
George (b. about 1815) and Lydia WINCHESTER, near Port Deposit. In the
1850 census this WINCHESTER family was in the 7th District, and in 1860
they were in the 5th. William E. WINCHESTER d. 10/7/1895 in East
Nottingham Twp., Chester Co. I would like to know where he is buried -
I'm assuming he was brought back to Cecil Co. for burial. If I can
find him, I may be able to find Mary Olive. Thanks.
