Hi Bev

I am afraid that I was not able to find the surname Verlenden in any of
my CD's. There are several John Wood's in the family tree that I have
found that were descended from Francina Herman.

I also looked on Ancestry.com and found nothing that I could say was
even near to what you said.

Do you have more specific information?

I know that one of the daughters of Augustine Herman (father of Francina
Herman), but not via Francina, ended up in the Philadelphia area (or at
least her descendants). Supposedly from that line was the Peggy Shippen
who married Benidict Arnold. However, there are no Verlenden's
associated with that line as far as I have information about.
