Does anyone know more about the famous cabinetmaker in Annapolis--early
1800's? I can't find his middle name, his wife's name, or names of
children. My ancestor, Warren Shaw, had a father and mother named John
and Persis, and I can't find them in any records in Johnstown, New York,
where he was born (1808). Since I found a John Warren Shaw listed in
Charles County, MD, during the right time, I wonder if he is the father
of Warren, and I wonder if he is the same John Shaw who was a
cabinetmaker. I will appreciate any help on this.
