pg. 21: A Samuel Love and a Stephen Compton as trustees for estate of
of a John Warren. Warren's will written 1/21/1771 and probated
11/01/1773 in Charles County. (Will 39:431)

pg. 172: On 4/26/1694 Philip Hoskins, Gent, rec'd 100 acres, "cattle,
hourses, chattel and other possessions" from THOMAS LOVE, the
son of WILLIAM LOVE, for five shillings provided he would care
for THOMAS LOVE for the rest of his natural life. (Deed S:275)

Pg. 270: Re: Samuel Smooth. He purchased 100 acres of "Hunt's Venture"
from CHARLES LOVE on 8/14/1757 (Deed O#3:260).
