HI,

I had ruled Father Timothy out as he was a "Father" do you know if Fathers
married? and had children?

I have a listing of Surnames of those on the Ark and Dove, that landed in
MD. Has anyone found info on the names of the passengers who disembarked the
Ark and Dove in North Umberland?, Virgina, prior to the St. Mary's, Maryland
landing, some perhaps being Francis Hayden & Thomasine Butlers family. Can
anyone tell me how and when the Hays, Hayden, Butler, Mudd or Lancasters
arrived in VA or MD?. I've found the passenger list for the Ark & Dove, and
mention of more passengers that stopped in VA, but no mention of Surnames. ?
How many trips did the Ark & Dove make? I've only seen info on the 1643 trip.

>From St. Mary's Rent Rolls: On 16 May 1650, the property "Horton Hays" was
surveyed for John Shertcliffe. It indicates to me there were Hays in the area
prior to this date.

Also looking for info on a Thomas Hays who married Mary Lancaster abt 1725.
My Hays went on to KY with Basil Hayden and Lancasters in 1785.

Would I be able to order this book via the LDS? I am in Western Canada,
research is difficult.

Thank you for any leads, Leona Hays Carter
