Hello All,
If you are planning a trip to Charles County, as I have seen recently on this
site, don't forget to go by the Southern Maryland Room at the College of
Southern Maryland (formerly Charles County Community College). It has some
of the best resources in the area including the old records from the court
house.

There have also been grants so committes could document cemetary sites, etc.

It's definitely worth the trip!
