The land for Ebenezer AME church was acquired through two deed transactions.
DEED JFF 2/94/85 which includes a simple plat dated FEBRUARY 10, 1876. Those granting the deed were T. D. Edwards, E. H. Edwards (b. 1844, lived in St. Marys County in 1880) and Mary F. Edwards
