Here is another item probably from Susanna (Brooke) Goodrick Wathen:

Page 335. Deed of gift, recorded at the request of Justinian Knott. I, Susana
Wathen of CC, for the love I have for my son-in-law, Justinian Nott, and for and
in consideration of his agreeing for me to live with him the rest of my life,
and finding me such necessaries of life as I may stand in need of, I give him
all my property, both that which I have now with me, and also that which is in
possession of my son, Ignatius Wathen. I have put sd Justinian Nott in
possession of part of sd property now at his house. Signed Apr 24, 1788 - Susana
