Researching McConchie family line from Fauquier Co. Va.
Alexander McConchie died aft. 9 February 1811 Fauqier Co. Va He married Ann? She died aft. 10 June 1813 Fauquier Co. Va.

"McConchie, Alexander+.78C/Robert Knox's Qtr. 85-99L. D 10-538, 11792. John Knox of Charles Co. MD to him 364 a. on Summerduck. D 13-380, 1796. He and Ann McConchie give son Robert 238 a. on Summerduck. D 14-33, 1794. John & Betsey Knox sell him 50a. on Rappahannock at mouth of Rocky Run."

I'm am looking to find a connection for above Alexander McConchie back to McConchies in Charles Co. Maryland.
Also, evidently, Alexander McConchie, of Fauquier had some dealings with a Dent family from Maryland before 1800. Eliz, George, William and Jancie Dent sold land to Alexander McConchie and it passed to his son Robert and Robert's son, Alexander?

If anybody can help provide information about McConchies of Maryland who crossed over river into Prince William Co. for cheaper land acquistions around Manassas and Bull Run, I'd appreciate any and all possible ideas.
