The list has quite a few names I'm researching. But I can't
quite see how to interpret these listings. For example:

FRYDanielChanceryPITESELLFrederick Co, Md
FRYJohn, BarbaraDescentsKARHNFrederick Co, Md
FRYJohn, BarbaryChancerySHUH / SHUEFrederick Co, Md

What does Chancery and Descents refer to? (Chancery court,
obviously, but Descents?
and are the names following the other parties to some record
or action?

And the Land Tract listings:
LAND TRACTSTasker's ChanceDescentsCRONISEFrederick Co,
Md
LAND TRACTSTasker's ChanceDescentsRITCHIEFrederick Co,
Md
LAND TRACTSTasker's ChanceDescentsTROUTFrederick Co, Md

Does this point me to some books at the Charles County
courthouse?

These land tracts were sent to the Charles County List but
they are all in
Frederick.
