I was interested in the postings concerning the tavern weddings. Conrad
Wheat ran an establishment that served liquor by the drink so I am
assuming he ran a tavern. Would a license be necessary and would there
be a record of this? he lived in the Clear Springs area of
what was then Frederick county. Am still interested in cemeteries there,
also. Is there a Shelby cemetery there? Thank you for any help
