1803 in , Frederick, Maryland, daughter of JOHN GEPHART and ELIZABETH. She

Thomas N. Harding vs John B. Fish and others

John B. Fish died 20 January 1818, intestate leaving minor children - John,
Catharine, Henrietta, and Mary Anne

Guardian was Susanna Fish

Thomas Harding had contract to purchase land tract "Res. on Chargable", 157
acres for $5,000 dated 14 April 1817 but John B. Fish died before deed was
conveyed.
