On June 3, 1837, the first black female was confirmed in
the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Frederick. She was
Mary of the Thomas W. Morgan family.
On June 3, 1854, the Frederick County Agricultural
Society was incorporated.
On June 3, 1993, President William Jefferson Clinton
visited a Fredericktowne Village housing development
to promote his home ownership initiatives.
