Hi,
These names are of some interest to me. I am researching the family of
Jacob STIER of Frederick County. He was probably a Palantine immigrant;
I first find him in Frederick when he sold land near Sugar Loaf Mtn. in
1765. He married Margaretha Barbara Mullerin in 1771.
Jacob and Barbara's daughter Elizabeth married a FREY. I don't know his
first name or have any other information about Elizabeth. Their son
John Roan Stier married Mary Magdalena ENGLE, daughter of George
Frederick Engle and Catherine Young, in 1915 in Middletown.
If any of these names ring a bell, I'd love to discuss further. Thanks.

Hello everyone I am looking for information on Jacob Frey who came to
America Oct 22 1754 on the ship Halifax, landed in Philadelphia Pa. He
moved to Frederick Co. Md. He married Eve Margretha sometime before 1746
because their son Nicholas Fry was born 30 Oct 1746 and another son
Christian was bor ca. 1750. I think Jacob owned land in Frederick Md.
Shortly after the Revolutionary War Jacob and his sons and their
families moved to Loudoun County Virginia. I am looking for any
information on this Fry family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Alsoon board the ship Halifax with Jacob was his brother Andreas and his
brother in law Peter Engels. THANKS
Marilyn
