It is not possible, feasible, legal or anything else similar to place a
"gag order" on someone else.
If someone looks at something and tells someone else what they have
seen, that is considered freedom of speech and association. Only a
judge or being employed in a national security situation can alter that.....
If I read a book and tell you about the contents of it, there's
nothing anyone can do about it.
That is not loaning or distributing the information.....
Ancestry may want to control all thought pertaining to the census
and make you pay for your right to speech, but it aint gonna ever happen.
