remainder of their legacy
from their brother, Jacob. Jacob had mortgaged the
lands to Francis
MANTZ, now dec'd, with Casper MANTZ, his son as
representative; Nicholas
BUCHER/BOOGHER; and Henry GADUTTIG. William ROSS,
trustee, sold the
land to Casper MANTZ on 5 Mar 1827 for $1,821
(description of land not
given).
