Land - "Durbins Mistake", 10 acres.

Guardian was John MAUS; trustee was John BAUMGARDNER;
on 27 May 1833, private sale made to Michael GARVER
at $400; each 1/3 to Mary, Eliza and Emanuel was
$118.58 (Magdalena relinquished her share for the
benefit of the others; finalized 27 Jun 1833.
